We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the company, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey. You’ll handle customer inquiries through various channels, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
This is a full-time on-site position, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail. You will also play a role in analyzing customer feedback and contributing to service improvements. 

About the Job:

Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Salary: After the interview (starting from 6000 EGP)
Work Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Work Hours: 9 hours per day

Must Have:

  • Excellent command of Arabic and a goodworking knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand and explain product features to customers.
  • Proficient in handling CRM tools, support platforms, or similar systems.
  • Excellent handling and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via social media, phone calls, and email.
  • Ensure all requests are resolved and tickets are closed only when the customer is fully satisfied.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and their technical specifications.
  • Assist walk-in customers and visitors at the company office in a professional manner.
  • Support customers who pick up orders from the office, including greeting, guiding, and documenting their visit if needed.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in electronics or tech products (a geek mindset is a plus!).
  • Strong research skills and curiosity to stay up to date with product updates and market trends.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to customer behavior and feedback.
