Must Have:
- Excellent command of Arabic and a goodworking knowledge of English (spoken and written).

- Fast learner with the ability to understand and explain product features to customers.
- Proficient in handling CRM tools, support platforms, or similar systems.
- Excellent handling and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via social media, phone calls, and email.
- Ensure all requests are resolved and tickets are closed only when the customer is fully satisfied.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and their technical specifications.
- Assist walk-in customers and visitors at the company office in a professional manner.
- Support customers who pick up orders from the office, including greeting, guiding, and documenting their visit if needed.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronics or tech products (a geek mindset is a plus!).
- Strong research skills and curiosity to stay up to date with product updates and market trends.
- Analytical thinking with attention to customer behavior and feedback.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end employee experience — from sourcing and hiring to building a vibrant startup culture. You’ll work closely with the founders to ensure the team grows with the right talent, systems, and energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Own onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
- Process and track payroll, attendance, and time-off requests.
- Build and promote a positive, collaborative, and fun team culture.
- Act as the go-to person for employee support, questions, and feedback.
- Suggest and implement people-focused policies, workflows, and systems.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English & Arabic).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with modern HR tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or Trello is a plus).
