Step on in the morning and read your numbers straight away on the eufy Smart Scale C20. Its 3.36-inch colour screen shows 16 body metrics without reaching for your phone, it weighs in 0.05kg steps, and it supports unlimited users with an athlete mode and a baby or pet mode. The eufy Smart Scale A1 tracks 12 measurements for up to 16 family profiles and measures only 26 × 26 × 2.5cm, so it slides under a cabinet after the weigh-in. The Xiaomi S400 Body Composition Scale uses dual-frequency analysis for fat, muscle, water, protein and bone mass and also reads your resting heart rate, while the Xiaomi S200 Smart Scale keeps to weight and BMI for up to 36 profiles. Each smart scale syncs with its brand's app on your phone.

For grooming at home or on a trip, the Xiaomi Grooming Kit Pro carries five heads, 40 length settings from 0.5 to 20mm and up to 90 minutes per charge over USB-C, and its IPX7 rating means you rinse it under the tap after use. The Xiaomi Ionic Hair Dryer H300 pushes air at 20 metres per second with 50 million negative ions against frizz and holds the airflow at 57°C to protect your hair, in a compact body for travel. More trimmers and shavers are on the electric shavers page.

For training and sleep, the WHOOP 5.0 Peak, WHOOP MG Life and WHOOP One are screenless bands that track heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep stages, last up to 14 days per charge and come with a 12-month subscription.
