What is ASUS Perfect Warranty Pro?
It is an additional protection service from ASUS that covers certain accidental damages not included in the standard warranty.

When does the warranty start and how is it activated?
The coverage starts from the date of purchase. To activate, you must register the laptop on the ASUS website within 90 days of purchase.

How many claims are allowed during the coverage period?
Only one accidental-damage claim can be submitted during the 1-year coverage period.

What types of damage are covered?
Accidental drops, liquid spills, electrical surges, and unexpected breakage caused by accidents.

What is not covered?
Loss or theft, damage caused by natural disasters (such as floods, fire, or storms), or any intentional or negligent damage.

If a component is replaced under this warranty, is it covered?
Yes. Any replaced part is covered for 3 months or the remaining warranty period—whichever is longer.

How do I file a claim?
Contact ASUS Support and provide the product serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the incident.
