حذف حسابك في عناب.كوم
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في عناب.كوم (تطبيق Ennap.com والموقع) وبياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت.
طريقة طلب الحذف
- من التطبيق: افتح تطبيق Ennap.com، ثم «حسابي»، ثم «حذف الحساب»، ثم «حذف حسابي»، وأكد الطلب.
- بدون التطبيق: راسلنا على hello@ennap.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في حسابك واكتب «حذف الحساب»، أو استخدم صفحة التواصل.
ما الذي نحذفه
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والعناوين المحفوظة
- قائمة المفضلة والسلة المحفوظة والقسائم والنقاط والرصيد
- ربط أجهزتك بالحساب وتفضيلات الإشعارات
ما الذي نحتفظ به
- سجلات الطلبات والفواتير، للمدة التي يفرضها القانون فقط
- إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة لا ترتبط بك
يكتمل الحذف خلال 30 يوما من الطلب، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه بعد تنفيذه. مزيد من التفاصيل في مركز المساعدة.
Delete your Ennap.com account
You can ask us to delete your Ennap.com account (the Ennap.com app and website) and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open the Ennap.com app, go to Account, then Delete account, tap Delete my account and confirm.
- Without the app: email hello@ennap.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or use our contact page.
What we delete
- Account data: name, email, phone number and saved addresses
- Wishlist, saved cart, coupons, points and store credit
- The link between your devices and your account, and notification preferences
What we keep
- Order and invoice records, only for as long as the law requires
- Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to you
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request and can't be undone. More details in our Help Center.
