How can I track my order?

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "My orders" > orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.

How can I cancel my order?

- You can cancel the order (before shipping) by logging into your account > clicking on the order number > then clicking the cancel button, Or by contacting us.

- You can cancel the order after shipping only by contacting us

Do you have a physical store or is just online?

- We have a office where you can receive the order (after placing the order)

- You can also return the order, get a refund and service the devices through the office.
