What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.

Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.

Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.

What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

Download the app.
Enter the IMEI number of your device.
Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The HONOR Win RT is a gaming phone with a 6.83-inch 185Hz OLED screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 25000rpm turbine cooling fan and a 10000mAh silicon-carbon battery.

The 6.83-inch OLED panel runs at a native 185Hz refresh rate with a 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, 480Hz native ten-finger sampling and 25ms touch latency, so every tap registers during fast matches. Brightness reaches 6000 nits at HDR peak and 2000 nits across the full screen, drops to 1 nit in the dark, and the panel covers DCI-P3 with 1.07 billion colours and 5920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming certified under TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Comfort 5.0.

Inside sits HONOR Dongfeng turbine cooling: a physical fan reaching 25000rpm in a 0.666 cm³ housing, fed by dual 360-degree surround air intakes and a duct that pushes cold air straight at the processor. Surface temperature drops by up to 5.7°C and total cooling capacity rises by 30%, while the phone keeps a full IP68, IP69 and IP69K dust and water rating with the fan fitted.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite pairs two prime cores at 4.32GHz with six performance cores at 3.53GHz and an Adreno 830 GPU. The phone runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

A 10000mAh HONOR Qinghai Lake silicon-carbon battery, rated at 9755mAh with 15% silicon content, covers up to 16.4 hours of continuous gaming or 30.2 hours of short-video watching. It charges at 100W wired, gives back 27W reverse wired charging for accessories, and supports a charge-bypass mode that feeds power straight to the phone while you play.

The rear camera pairs a 50MP main sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, an f/1.95 aperture, 100% Focus Pixels and optical stabilisation, with a 12MP ultra-wide macro lens at f/2.2 covering 112 degrees with autofocus. The front camera is 50MP at f/2.0. Video records in 4K at 30fps and 60fps, with a 1080p night mode at 24fps and 1080p slow motion at 120fps and 240fps.

The body measures 163.1 × 76.6 × 8.3 mm and weighs about 225g, with an ergonomic frame and a matte finish that resists fingerprints and oil. A 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor unlocks in 0.14 seconds and still reads wet fingers. Sound comes from stereo speakers with a dual open sound chamber, and connectivity covers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 with LE Audio and Auracast, NFC, an infrared remote and USB Type-C.

HONOR Win RT Key Features:

6.83-inch 185Hz OLED gaming display: FHD+ 1272×2800 resolution, 6000 nits HDR peak brightness, 2000 nits full-screen peak, 1.07 billion colours and DCI-P3 coverage.
Turbine cooling fan at 25000rpm: A physical fan in a 0.666 cm³ housing with dual 360-degree air intakes and a duct aimed at the processor, cutting surface temperature by up to 5.7°C.
Snapdragon 8 Elite: Two prime cores at 4.32GHz, six performance cores at 3.53GHz and an Adreno 830 GPU.
10000mAh silicon-carbon battery: Rated at 9755mAh with 15% silicon content, good for up to 16.4 hours of continuous gaming or 30.2 hours of short video.
100W wired charging: Plus 27W reverse wired charging for accessories and a charge-bypass mode for long gaming sessions.
50MP main camera with OIS: Paired with a 12MP ultra-wide macro lens covering 112 degrees with autofocus, and a 50MP front camera.
Touch response built for games: 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling, 480Hz native ten-finger sampling and 25ms touch latency.
IP68, IP69 and IP69K protection: Full dust and water resistance kept intact even with the built-in cooling fan.
3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor: Unlocks in 0.14 seconds and keeps working with wet fingers.
Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0: With LE Audio, Auracast, LDAC and aptX Lossless, plus NFC, an infrared remote and USB Type-C.

Frequently asked questions

What does international warranty mean?

The product was imported from outside Egypt through an importer, not through the product's local agent.

Why is the warranty period only 100 days?

Imported devices normally come without a warranty, but we give you 100 days to fully test and try the product.

Why doesn't the product come with a one-year warranty?

The product may not be available through a local agent at all, or not at the moment, so it is supplied from abroad with our 100-day warranty to give you peace of mind and the best experience.

When does the warranty start and how is it activated?

The warranty starts on the purchase date and we activate it automatically from that date.

What if the product is damaged by misuse, such as a broken screen, and what about spare parts?

We have a full maintenance department for all products and provide most spare parts for products sold with an international warranty. You can submit a maintenance request here. You can also service the product through the product's agent or other service centers if they have the spare parts.
