What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

Insta360 Luna Ultra Essential Bundle is the dual-lens 8K gimbal camera with a Black Mist Filter and Carry Bag — for creators who want a cinematic look straight from the lens without post-processing.

The bundle delivers the complete Insta360 Luna Ultra: Leica Summicron 1-inch main lens with f/1.8 aperture and 8K Dolby Vision recording, a second 1/1.3-inch telephoto lens with up to 12× zoom, and a detachable 2-inch OLED touchscreen that works as a wireless remote up to 20 meters away. The Black Mist Filter adds a soft glow around light sources and gently reduces highlight contrast for a filmic look applied optically at capture — not in post. The Carry Bag keeps the camera and accessories protected on the move.

The Essential Bundle suits creators who prioritise a distinctive visual style and want the Black Mist effect ready to use without purchasing the filter separately.

Insta360 Luna Ultra Essential Bundle  Key Features :
  • Black Mist Filter — The Defining Accessory of This Bundle: A physical optical filter that mounts in front of the lens. It produces a soft glow around highlights, reduces harsh contrast between shadows and bright sources, and gives footage a warm, cinematic quality applied at the point of capture. Particularly effective for night shooting, backlit scenes, and portrait-style footage.
  • Carry Bag: Protects the camera and accessories during travel and keeps everything organised and ready to shoot.
  • Leica Summicron Main Lens with 1-Inch Sensor: f/1.8 aperture, 14 stops of dynamic range, and 8K Dolby Vision capture for cinematic low-light performance.
  • Pro-Grade Telephoto Lens with 1/1.3-Inch Sensor: f/2.0 aperture, 60mm-equivalent focal length, up to 12× zoom (240mm), 6× lossless zoom (120mm), and telephoto macro. Five focal lengths in one device.
  • Detachable 2-Inch OLED Touchscreen: Separates from the gimbal and connects wirelessly up to 20 meters as a standalone controller with live preview and a built-in microphone. Included as part of the camera itself.
  • Triple AI Chip: Two dedicated imaging chips and a 4nm processing chip for low-light clarity, Deep Track 5.0 AI tracking, and rapid autofocus.
  • 8K Dolby Vision, 4K at 120fps, 1080p at 240fps Slow Motion: H.265 encoding at up to 120Mbps.
  • 10-Bit I-Log and 9 Leica Color Profiles: Native DaVinci Resolve 21 support. Compatible with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Deep Track 5.0 AI Tracking: Auto Tracking, Active Zoom Tracking, Group Tracking, and Smart Framing.
  • 3-Axis Mechanical Stabilization: ±0.005° angular vibration range.
  • 1550mAh Battery with Fast Charging: Up to 4 hours of shooting. 80% charge in 23 minutes via USB-C PD 45W (charger not included).
  • 47GB Internal Storage + microSD up to 1TB.
  • 4-Microphone Array with Pre-Installed Wind Guard: Supports up to two Insta360 Mic Air or Mic Pro transmitters wirelessly.
