Amazfit Helio Strap Pro is a screen-free training system built around two separate sensors — one for the arm and one for the waist — measuring cardiovascular effort and movement quality together, designed specifically for HYROX and hybrid fitness training.

The idea behind it addresses a real problem with traditional trackers: the wrist is a poor place to measure during functional training, because gripping, wrist flexion, and equipment contact all interfere with heart rate readings. So the heart rate sensor sits on the upper arm near the heart for a cleaner signal, while the second sensor mounts at the waist near the body's center of mass to read posture, stability, and movement efficiency. The result is a more complete performance picture than any wrist watch can capture.

Both sensors are completely screen-free for distraction-free training, with a battery lasting up to 11 days for the arm sensor and up to 40 days for the waist sensor, plus 5ATM water resistance. Data syncs to the Zepp app for post-workout analysis across the eight HYROX stations — with no monthly subscription. The system integrates with the Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra smartwatches.

• Direct HYROX Integration via Amazfit Balance Watches: The system integrates with HYROX Race and HYROX Simulation modes on the Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra watches, tracking performance across the eight mandatory HYROX stations — from SkiErg and sled push to wall balls. The watch measures wrist-based metrics while the two sensors collect concurrent data across the body.
