The Apple TV 4K (4th generation) brings 4K Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and Siri AI to your TV, powered by the A19 chip, with 128GB of storage and the Siri Remote in the box.
4K Dolby Vision picture and A19 speed
Start a film and it plays in 4K with Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos, at up to 60 frames per second. The A19 chip is up to 50% faster in CPU and up to twice as fast in graphics than the previous generation, so menus, apps and games respond straight away. A dedicated AV1 decoder streams high-quality video while using less bandwidth, which helps on a busy home connection.
Siri AI that helps you choose what to watch
Ask for an action film the whole family can enjoy, a show that is trending, or where a scene was filmed, and Siri AI answers in a full-screen view on the TV. Three built-in far-field microphones hear “Siri” or “Hey Siri” from across the room, even while a show is playing, so you can start a series, play music or dim the lights without picking up the remote. Siri AI is in beta and works in English.
Home theater surround sound with HomePod
Pair Apple TV 4K with four HomePod mini 2 or HomePod (2nd generation) speakers, one matching pair in front and one behind the sofa, and the sound surrounds you during films and matches. Apple TV 4K detects where each speaker sits and calibrates timing and levels automatically, and Whole Room Audio spreads sound evenly across the four speakers when friends are over.
A smart home hub behind your TV
Apple TV 4K works as a home hub with built-in Thread, so your Apple Home and Matter accessories keep running automations and stay reachable from the Home app when you are out. Doorbell notifications appear on the TV, HomeKit Secure Video footage is processed locally on the device, and Siri AI turns scenes and accessories on or off by voice.
To build the surround setup, HomePod mini 2 and HomePod (2nd generation) are available at Ennap.com, along with HDMI cables for connecting Apple TV 4K to your TV.
Apple TV 4K (4th Generation) Key Features:
- Siri Remote (4th generation) included: A touch-enabled clickpad, a dedicated Siri button, and power, volume and mute for your TV or receiver over IR or CEC. The remote charges over USB-C, and if it slips between the cushions, Find My plays a sound on it, while Precision Finding guides you to it with iPhone 17 or later (except iPhone 17e), iPhone Air or iPhone Duo.
- 128GB with every connection built in: Apple TV 4K (4th generation) comes in one configuration: 128GB of storage for apps and Apple Arcade games, with Gigabit Ethernet and Thread included, so there is no Wi-Fi-only version to choose between.
- Wi-Fi 7, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 6: Stream over Wi-Fi 7 with 2x2 MIMO, or plug a network cable into the Gigabit Ethernet port for the steadiest connection. Bluetooth 6 connects AirPods, keyboards and game controllers.
- HDMI 2.1 with eARC and QMS: Send sound to a soundbar or AV receiver through ARC or eARC, and Quick Media Switching changes video formats without a blank screen on compatible TVs. Films in 21:9 fill compatible projectors and displays in their cinematic aspect ratio.
- Enhance Dialogue and personal Spatial Audio: Enhance Dialogue brings voices forward so quiet lines stay clear, and AirPods connected to Apple TV 4K play Spatial Audio, with a second pair possible so two people can listen at once, each with their own volume.
- Games on the big screen: Play Apple Arcade and App Store games with PlayStation and Xbox Wireless controllers, and multiuser support keeps each player's levels and leaderboards separate.
- FaceTime on your TV: FaceTime calls move to the TV through Continuity Camera on a compatible iPhone or iPad, with incoming call notifications and Live Captions on screen.
- Apps, music and fitness: The Apple TV app, popular streaming apps such as Netflix and Prime Video, Apple Music with Apple Music Sing, Apple Fitness+ and thousands of other apps from the App Store, plus iCloud Shared Photo Library and Snoopy screen savers.
- Privacy built into the system: Secure Exclaves process microphone data separately from the rest of the system, and Siri requests run on the device or on Private Cloud Compute, where data is not stored or made accessible to Apple.
