What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

The Apple Watch Series 12 Ceramic Case is Apple's first ceramic Series watch, with a polished scratch-resistant finish, sapphire crystal and the new Health Sensing System.

The Apple Watch Series 12 Ceramic Case is the top finish of the three. Apple describes it as sophisticated and scratch resistant with a rich, polished finish, and it is covered by a sapphire crystal display rather than the Ceramic Shield 2 used on the aluminium case. It is also the heaviest and very slightly the largest: 41.7 grams in Pearl White and 42.8 grams in Night Blue at 42mm, and 51.3 and 52.9 grams at 46mm, with a case 1mm taller and 0.15mm deeper than the aluminium and titanium versions. It comes with GPS + Cellular as standard. Inside, it is the same watch as the other finishes: a new Health Sensing System paired with the S11 chip, with a 64-bit dual-core processor, a 4-core Neural Engine and 64GB of storage.

The Health Sensing System measures heart rate and heart rate variability more frequently than before, which Apple describes as the most accurate heart rate sensing it has put in a wearable, and it feeds a new readiness score that tells you whether to push or take it easy. The Always-On Retina display uses wide-angle OLEDs with LTPO3 and drops to a 1Hz refresh rate to save power. It reaches 2000 nits at peak and dims to a single nit in the dark, running at 374 x 446 on the 42mm case and 416 x 496 on the 46mm, both at 326 pixels per inch.
