What power supply do I need, and does the card need a power cable?
The recommended power supply is 450W, and the card needs no power cable at all. It runs entirely on PCI Express slot power, so there is nothing to connect beyond seating it in the slot - which is what makes it a practical upgrade for a prebuilt machine whose supply has no spare PCIe cable.

Will it fit my case?
