As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?

  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The DJI Mic Mini 2 is a two-person wireless microphone kit with 11 g transmitters, a receiver and a charging case that delivers up to 48 hours of operating time.

Each transmitter clips on with a magnetic clip or a magnet and takes interchangeable magnetic front covers, so the mic can match your outfit. This kit includes Obsidian Black and Glaze White covers plus a multi-color magnetic front cover.

The omnidirectional transmitters send audio up to 400 m to the receiver, which connects to cameras, phones, tablets and computers. A 3.5mm TRS camera cable and a USB-C phone adapter come in the box, and the transmitters can also connect to a phone directly over Bluetooth.

On the receiver, a dial sets the gain across five levels, and a safety track records a backup copy of every take. Automatic limiting lowers the volume when the input gets too loud to prevent clipping, and two-level noise canceling handles quiet rooms and busy streets.

Each transmitter runs up to 11.5 hours, the receiver up to 10.5 hours, and the charging case extends the total to 48 hours, with five power-saving modes that keep battery from going to waste.

  • 11 g Transmitters with Magnetic Covers: Each transmitter weighs about 11 g (without clip and magnet) and attaches with a magnetic clip or a magnet. Interchangeable magnetic front covers let you change its look, with Obsidian Black, Glaze White and a multi-color cover included in this kit.
  • Three Voice Tone Presets: Choose Regular for natural everyday sound, Rich for fuller lows, or Bright for extra clarity in streaming and teaching, all from the DJI Mimo app.
  • Two-Level Noise Canceling: Basic reduces noise in quiet indoor spaces while keeping the voice natural, and Strong cuts much more background noise in busy places.
  • Automatic Limiting: When the input gets too loud, the volume is lowered automatically to prevent clipping, keeping recordings usable.
  • Five-Level Gain Dial and Safety Track: Turn the dial on the receiver to adjust gain quickly, and enable the safety track to keep a backup recording of every take.
  • 400 m Range and Mixed Connection: Reach up to 400 m with the included receiver. The receiver and transmitters also work with DJI Mic Mini units, with up to two transmitters connected at a time.
  • Direct Connection to DJI Osmo Cameras: OsmoAudio connects the transmitters straight to DJI cameras without the receiver: up to two transmitters with Osmo Pocket 3, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano and Osmo Action 6, and one transmitter with Osmo Action 4.
  • Bluetooth Connection to Your Phone: The transmitters connect to a phone directly over Bluetooth with no receiver needed. In this mode noise canceling stays on the Strong level and voice tone presets are not available.
