Return Policy

1. Return Period:

   • You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
   • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
     
     
   • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for digital products or gift cards.

2. Return Conditions:

   • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
   • All accessories and tools included with the product must be returned.
     
     

3. How to Request a Return:

   • You can submit a return request  via your account or contact us.
   • We will provide details on how to send the product back to us after verifying the request.
     
     
4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• You may be responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to an error on our part.
• In the case of payment by prepaid bank cards, 3% may be deducted from the refund due to bank processing fees.

     • If there is a price difference between the products, it will either be added to the invoice or refunded to you.
