As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E25 vacuums and mops with 20000Pa suction and a self-cleaning roller mop, while its station empties, refills, washes and dries automatically.

20000Pa suction in Turbo mode pulls dust and debris out of hard floors and carpets. The HydroJet roller mop sprays clean water through 32 ports onto a long roller that presses down with 1kg of pressure, then cleans itself while it mops, with two scrapers drawing the dirty water into a separate reservoir so the floor is always wiped with clean water.

DuoSpiral detangle brushes use forward-rotating dual-spiral bristles to lift hair instead of wrapping it. At the station, the brushes retract and spin in both directions to channel hair into a dedicated compartment. The CornerRover arm reaches into corners and along edges for fuller coverage.

AI.See obstacle avoidance uses an RGB camera with an LED light to recognise more than 200 types of objects, even in the dark, while iPath laser navigation maps the home accurately. On carpets it can avoid them, lift the mop or boost suction automatically.

The Omni station empties the dustbin into a 3L dust bag that lasts up to 75 days, refills the robot from a 2.5L clean water tank, washes the mop, dries it with warm air at 35 to 50°C, collects dirty water in a 1.8L tank and dispenses detergent automatically for up to six months. It also works with Matter.
