Product Details

The HONOR Robot Phone puts a 200MP camera on a motorised gimbal arm that rises out of the body and turns to follow what it is filming, alongside Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and a 7060mAh battery.

The camera is not fixed behind glass. It sits on a titanium four-degree-of-freedom gimbal that lifts out of the frame and rotates, so the lens can pan, tilt and hold level while the phone itself moves. HONOR rates the motor at up to 360 degrees per second, which is what allows the camera to stay locked on a subject rather than swinging with your hand. Folded away, the whole mechanism sits flush inside the camera module.

Inside that arm are more than a hundred precision components built around a 2.6 g titanium gimbal motor. HONOR quotes a torque density of 120 N·m per litre, a mechanism 65% smaller than a mainstream standalone gimbal and structurally 200% stronger. The result is three-axis mechanical stabilisation of the kind normally bolted onto a camera, working inside a phone you carry in a pocket.

The main camera is a 200MP sensor at 1/1.28 inches with an f/1.6 lens and OIS, joined by a 200MP periscope telephoto on a 1/1.4-inch sensor with 2.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide with a 122° field of view that focuses down to 2.5cm for macro. A dedicated HONOR H1 image chip handles the processing, and video records at 3840 × 2160 with EIS, OIS and gimbal stabilisation working together. On the front is a 50MP wide camera with a 90° field of view.

Software turns the hardware into something closer to a camera operator. YOYO Robot Mode tracks a subject and keeps it framed, locates a voice to decide where to point, and takes hands-free gesture commands. Shooting modes include Tilt Lock for a horizon that stays level, first-person and vertical FPV, and AI SpinShot. For colour, the phone records 10-bit ARRI LogC3 in ARRI CINEMA mode with up to 14 stops of dynamic range, so footage drops into a professional grading workflow instead of needing to be matched by eye.

The 6.31-inch OLED display runs 1216 × 2640 with an adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz, 1.07 billion colours, 6800 nits of HDR peak brightness and 2000 nits at full screen. It uses 4320Hz PWM dimming and is covered by HONOR NanoCrystal Shield.

Performance comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, an eight-core chip running two prime cores at 4.6GHz and six performance cores at 3.62GHz with the Adreno 840 GPU, paired with up to 16GB of memory and 1TB of storage. Power is a 7060mAh silicon-carbon battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless HONOR SuperCharge, plus wireless reverse charging. The software is MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

The body is an integrated metal unibody measuring 151.43 × 72.86 × 9.59 mm at 248 g, with an R3 curved-edge transition and an IP54 rating against dust and splashes.
