The HUAWEI CP11QC power bank holds 10000mAh and moves 18W in both directions over HUAWEI Quick Charge, with a USB-C input, a USB-A output and a trickle mode for earbuds.

Most of the point of this one is that the speed runs both ways. It takes 18W in through the USB-C port and puts 18W back out through the USB-A port, both at 9V/2A maximum, so refilling the power bank itself is not an overnight job. It also steps down to 5V/2A and 5V/1A for devices that ask for less.
