What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The iQibla Zikr Flex Pro is a smart tasbih ring with a 0.42-inch OLED display, IP67 water resistance and three adjustable sizes, supplied with its own charging case.

IP67 smart tasbih ring that stays on during wudu
A nano coating gives the Zikr Flex Pro IP67 water resistance, so the ring stays on while you make wudu, wash your hands or walk in the rain. At work you no longer take it off at the sink and risk leaving it there. At the end of the day it goes into its charging case, which charges it and keeps it safe at the same time.

iQibla Zikr Flex Pro IP67 rings with the charging case

0.42-inch OLED display for your count and prayer times
The Flex Pro is a digital tasbih counter you wear, and its OLED display shows the real time, your tasbih count and the prayer times on the ring itself. One look at your hand tells you how far you are in your dhikr and when the next prayer is due, while your phone stays in your pocket. The ring comes in Green, Blue, Rose Gold and Graphite, so pick your colour from the product options before you order.

iQibla Zikr Flex Pro Key Features:

  • Three adjustable sizes: You set the fit after the ring arrives, and you can change it again later if your finger needs a different size.
  • Fit parts in the box: The ring comes with a base ring attached, plus an extra base ring in a different size, a flexible silicone band and a ring base switcher for changing the fit at home.
  • Five prayer reminders: Set the five prayer times in the iQIBLA Life app and choose whether the reminders reach you on the ring or on your phone.
  • Tasbih set to your dhikr: Create the tasbih that matches your daily adhkar in the app and sync it to the ring, so the counter on your finger follows your own routine.
  • Tasbih reminders: Regular prompts bring you back to your adhkar during the day, which helps when work, study or travel take up your time.
  • Screen flip: Flip the display so the time and count read the right way up, whether you wear the ring on your right hand or on your left.
  • Find Ring: Locate the ring from the iQIBLA Life app when you have taken it off and cannot remember where you put it.
  • Magnetic charging cable: A magnetic charging cable comes in the box with the ring and its charging case.
  • Bluetooth pairing: The ring pairs with the iQIBLA Life app over Bluetooth, and the app is where you set up your tasbih, prayer times and reminders.
