What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The Nillkin Nature TPU case for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro is a slim, transparent back cover with shock-absorbing corners, non-slip side grips and precise cutouts.

One clear TPU case for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro share the same 6.1-inch body, so this Nature TPU case fits either phone. It is made of flexible TPU with a see-through finish, weighs only 24.5 g and keeps the design of the iPhone visible.

Corner bumpers that absorb everyday knocks
Each of the four corners has a shock-absorbing bumper, where a dropped phone usually hits first. The TPU resists deformation, so the case keeps a tight fit after being fitted and removed many times.

Nillkin Nature TPU Case for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro Key Features:

  • Fits iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro: one case for both 6.1-inch models. The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max are different sizes and need their own Nature TPU cases.
  • Precise cutouts: openings for the camera, side buttons, speaker and charging port follow the iPhone 12 layout, so every control stays easy to reach with the case on.
  • Non-slip bars on two sides: textured bars along the sides give the fingers something to hold, so the phone is less likely to slip out of the hand.
  • Strap access: the case has a strap access design, so you can attach a phone strap and carry the iPhone 12 on the wrist or around the neck.
  • Light and thin: at 24.5 g the case adds very little weight or bulk, and the phone still slips easily into a pocket.
  • Soft and easy to fit: the flexible TPU bends to slide on and off the iPhone without tools and without pressing hard on the edges of the phone.
  • Four tinted options: White is fully clear, while Gray, Blue and Dark Green are transparent with a light tint; choose the colour you want from the product options before ordering.
