What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Power Banks Xiaomi

Product Details

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 has an integrated USB-C cable with up to 120W output, a second USB-C port, 165W combined output and 90W self-charging.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 held in one hand

The Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 (Integrated Cable) puts laptop-level power in a pocket-sized body of 143 x 48 x 36 mm. The built-in USB-C cable delivers up to 120W on its own, and it supports Xiaomi HyperCharge 120W, so compatible Xiaomi and Redmi phones charge at their full wired speed. Xiaomi measured a Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G going from empty to full in 23 minutes.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 fast charging a smartphone through the integrated cable

Not every Xiaomi phone charges at 120W, and it does not need to. Through the integrated cable the power bank matches the maximum wired charging power of Xiaomi and Redmi phones with smart fast charging, and it is backward compatible with 67W, 90W and 100W models, so each phone charges at the fastest speed it was designed for.

A second USB-C port adds up to 45W, for 165W combined when both are in use. That is enough to top up two phones at once, or a laptop and a tablet, and an adaptive controller chip sets the power for each device automatically.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 charging through both USB-C ports

It works well beyond Xiaomi. Support for PD 2.0, PD 3.0, PPS, QC 2.0, QC 3.0, QC 3.5, BC 1.2 and Apple 2.4 covers iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, HUAWEI, HONOR and OPPO phones, tablets such as iPad and Xiaomi Pad, and USB-C laptops such as the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. A low-current mode keeps Bluetooth earbuds and other small devices charging properly.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 charging a phone and a laptop

Inside are four battery cells equal to 10000mAh, with a rated capacity of 5500mAh (5V/4A) and 36Wh of energy. In Xiaomi's tests that is about 1.96 charges of an iPhone 15, 1.52 charges of a Xiaomi 14 or 0.45 of a 14-inch MacBook Pro. At 36Wh it is well under the 100Wh limit for power banks on planes.

Refilling is just as quick. Through the integrated cable the power bank accepts up to 90W, reaching about 75% in 15 minutes on a 90W or stronger charger. The USB-C port also works as an input, at up to 45W.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 recharging on a desk

A colour display shows the remaining charge and switches colour between standby, charging and discharging, so you can read the status at a glance. The integrated cable clips into its own slot and doubles as a lanyard for carrying. Temperature monitoring and protection against short circuits, over-voltage, over-current, over-charge and over-discharge keep every charge safe.

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 with cables connected

Xiaomi 165W Power Bank 10000 Key Features:

  • 120W through the integrated cable - full Xiaomi HyperCharge 120W speed for compatible Xiaomi and Redmi phones, with a Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G full in 23 minutes in Xiaomi's tests.
  • 165W combined output - 120W from the cable plus 45W from the USB-C port, for two devices at the same time.
  • 90W self-charging - about 75% in 15 minutes with a 90W or higher charger through the integrated cable.
  • Laptop and tablet charging - USB-C Power Delivery for laptops such as the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, and tablets such as the iPad and Xiaomi Pad.
  • Wide protocol support - PD 2.0, PD 3.0, PPS, QC 2.0, QC 3.0, QC 3.5, BC 1.2 and Apple 2.4 for iPhone, Samsung, HUAWEI, HONOR, OPPO and more.
  • 10000mAh from four cells - a rated capacity of 5500mAh (5V/4A) and 36Wh of energy.
  • Suitable for air travel - 36Wh is below the 100Wh limit that applies to power banks on planes.
  • Colour status display - shows the remaining charge and changes colour for standby, charging and discharging.
  • Integrated cable and lanyard - the USB-C cable is always with you and clips into its slot to become a carrying lanyard.
  • Low-current mode - keeps Bluetooth earbuds and other small devices charging properly.
  • Multiple safety protections - temperature monitoring plus short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current, over-charge and over-discharge protection.
