What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

JisuLife Life9 is a pocket-sized fan measuring just 60 x 33 x 119mm, driven by a brushless motor spinning at 40,000 RPM with airflow reaching 10 m/s across five speeds.

The equation that defines the Life9 is simple: the smallest body and the strongest airflow in JisuLife's handheld lineup. Where typical portable fans deliver 4 to 4.5 m/s, the Life9 pushes up to 10 m/s — more than double — thanks to a 7W high-speed motor, all in a body that genuinely fits a pocket rather than just claiming to. The 3600mAh lithium-ion battery charges fully in 2.5 to 3.5 hours via USB Type-C, from any source: a wall charger, power bank, laptop, or car charger. Control runs through one button: a short press cycles the five speeds, a long press shuts it off from any speed. A side safety lock prevents accidental activation inside a bag, and a quick-release neck lanyard is included. Available in three colors: Black, Gray, and Pink

JisuLife Life9 Key Features

  • 40,000 RPM Motor with Airflow Up to 10 m/s: This is the defining strength. A high-speed brushless motor rated at 7W pushes airflow reaching 10 m/s — more than double what typical handheld fans in the category deliver. The brushless design also means longer motor life and better efficiency than conventional motors.
  • Genuine Pocket Size at 60 x 33 x 119mm: The smallest handheld fan in JisuLife's lineup by a clear margin. It slips into a trouser pocket or small bag without taking up noticeable space, making it the right choice for anyone who wants to carry a fan always rather than only when planning to — commuting, concerts, travel, and waiting in queues.
  • 3600mAh Battery with Fast Charging in 2.5 to 3.5 Hours: Faster than most handheld fans, which typically need 4 to 5 hours. Charge it overnight and it's ready by morning, or during work hours before you head out.
  • Five Speeds from One Button with Indicator Lights: A short press cycles sequentially through all five speeds with indicator lights showing the current level, and a long press from any speed stops the fan immediately. The control is intuitive and needs no learning.
  • Side Safety Lock: A sliding switch on the side prevents the fan from turning on accidentally inside a bag or pocket — a practical detail that protects the battery from draining without your knowledge, and particularly relevant in a fan designed to be carried constantly.
  • USB Type-C Charging from Any Source: The modern port means your phone cable is all you need. Charge from a wall socket, power bank, laptop, or car charger — flexibility that suits a fan built for travel and commuting.
  • Quick-Release Neck Lanyard Included: Lets you hang the fan around your neck while moving, keeping it within reach without holding it, with a quick-release mechanism for safety.
  • Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery: A 3600mAh lithium-ion cell (13.32Wh at 3.7V), with a 5.0V — 2.0A power input.
