What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The Apple Mac mini with the M6 chip fits a 12-core CPU, a 12-core GPU and up to 32GB of RAM (unified memory) into a quiet 12.7 cm aluminium desktop for everyday and creative work.

Connect your own display, keyboard and mouse, sign in to macOS, and you have a complete desktop that opens large photo libraries, edits several video streams at once and keeps a browser full of tabs responsive. With up to 2TB of SSD storage, the same small box works as a home office computer, a design workstation or a developer setup, and it runs at just 5 dBA at idle.

Everything you plug in daily sits on the front: two USB-C ports and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The back keeps permanent connections tidy with three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI and an Ethernet port at 2.5Gb or 10Gb, while the Apple N1 chip brings Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread. The M6 drives up to three external displays at once.

Apple Mac mini M6 Key Features:

  • M6 chip with a 12-core CPU: Two super cores, four performance cores and six efficiency cores share the work, so demanding tasks finish quickly while background jobs stay on the power-saving cores.
  • 12-core GPU with ray tracing: Hardware-accelerated ray tracing handles 3D scenes, timeline scrubbing and colour grading, and keeps a multi-display setup smooth.
  • Neural Accelerators in the GPU: The first Mac mini with Neural Accelerators built into the graphics cores, which speed up AI work alongside the Neural Engine so machine-learning tools respond faster.
  • Dual 16-core Neural Engine: Runs Apple Intelligence and other machine-learning features on the device itself instead of sending your work to a server.
  • 16GB to 32GB of RAM: The CPU, GPU and Neural Engine share one memory pool at 153GB per second with 16GB and 170GB per second with 24GB or 32GB, which removes the copying that slows conventional desktops down.
  • SSD storage from 256GB to 2TB: Projects open and save quickly, and large libraries stay on the internal drive instead of an external one.
  • Media engine with ProRes and AV1: Hardware acceleration for H.264, HEVC, ProRes and ProRes RAW, with dedicated encode and decode engines and AV1 decode, keeps long exports and high-bitrate streams smooth.
  • Three Thunderbolt 4 ports plus HDMI: Connect fast external storage, docks and displays at up to 40Gb per second per port, with up to two displays over a single Thunderbolt port.
  • Front USB-C and headphone jack: The two ports you plug and unplug every day sit on the front at up to 10Gb per second, next to a 3.5 mm jack that supports high-impedance headphones.
  • Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread: The Apple N1 wireless chip gives faster throughput on a compatible router and a stable link to keyboards, mice and headphones.
  • Ethernet at 2.5Gb or 10Gb: A wired port is built in either way. Pick the speed that matches your network from the product options before you order; 10Gb pays off with a fast NAS or a shared editing volume.
  • 12.7 cm square, 0.67 kg: An aluminium body small enough to sit under a display or behind it, with an internal power supply so there is no external adapter on the desk.
