As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.

What sets this phone apart is HONOR Dongfeng turbine cooling: a physical fan spinning at up to 25000rpm inside a 0.666 cm³ housing, fed by dual 360-degree surround air intakes and a duct that drives cold air straight at the processor. It lowers surface temperature by up to 5.7°C and raises overall cooling capacity by 30%, and the phone still carries a full IP68, IP69 and IP69K rating despite the built-in fan.
