What Are Mobile Phone Activation Fees in Egypt?
As of January 2025, customs and tax fees are applied to mobile phones imported from abroad. These are officially referred to as “Phone Activation Fees.”
These fees are paid once only, calculated at approximately 38.5% of the device’s value, and must be paid through the official "Telephony" app within 90 days of activating the device in Egypt.
Do All Devices on Your Website Include These Fees?

No. At Ennap.com, we provide two clear options depending on your needs:

- Local Warranty Devices: These devices come with fully paid fees, and you won’t need to pay anything extra after purchase.
- International Devices (without local warranty): These may not have their fees paid, but for some products, we offer a fees-paid version at a discounted price.
Will I Need to Pay Anything Later If I Choose a Fees-Paid Device?
No. If you choose the fees-paid version, the price displayed on the website includes all government fees. No additional payments or steps are required.
What’s the Difference Between a Fees-Paid and a Non-Paid Device?
- Fees-Paid: Ready for immediate use in Egypt. No further actions or payments required.
- Not Paid: Works for 90 days only in Egypt, after which you’ll need to pay the activation fee via the Telephony app to avoid service interruption.

How Do I Know If a Device Has the Fees Paid? The fee status is clearly mentioned on each product page—either in the product description or among the available purchase options.

What Is the Value of the Fees?
The fees vary depending on the device model. You can:

  • Contact us directly to check the fee for a specific device.
  • Or visit our Help Center to view the official fee values.

Who Sets the Fee Amount, and Can It Change?Fees are set by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority
Each model has a fixed amount, though the government may update values periodically.

How Do I Pay the Fees If I Choose a Device Without Paid Fees?
Fees are paid through the official “Telephony” app:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Enter the IMEI number of your device.
  3. Pay using a bank card or another available payment method.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Fees After 90 Days?
Your device’s cellular services (calls, mobile data, SMS) will be suspended. It will only work again after the fee is paid via the app.

Can I Buy the Device Now and Pay the Fees Later?
Yes, you have a legal grace period of 90 days from the date of activation inside Egypt to pay the fee via the Telephony app.

Product Details

The HONOR Win is a gaming flagship built around a 6.83-inch 185Hz OLED screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a built-in turbine cooling fan and a 10000mAh battery.

The 6.83-inch OLED panel runs at a native 185Hz refresh rate with a 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, 480Hz native ten-finger sampling and 25ms touch latency, so fast-paced games register every input. It reaches 6000 nits HDR peak brightness and 2000 nits full-screen peak, dims down to 1 nit at night, covers the DCI-P3 gamut with 1.07 billion colours, and uses 5920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming certified under TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Comfort 5.0.

What sets this phone apart is HONOR Dongfeng turbine cooling: a physical fan spinning at up to 25000rpm inside a 0.666 cm³ housing, fed by dual 360-degree surround air intakes and a duct that drives cold air straight at the processor. It lowers surface temperature by up to 5.7°C and raises overall cooling capacity by 30%, and the phone still carries a full IP68, IP69 and IP69K rating despite the built-in fan.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is built on a 3nm process and pairs two prime cores at 4.6GHz with six performance cores at 3.62GHz alongside an Adreno 840 GPU, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

A 10000mAh silicon-carbon battery, rated at 9755mAh and using 15% silicon content, delivers up to 16.4 hours of continuous gaming on a single charge. It supports 100W wired, 80W wireless and 27W reverse wired charging, plus a charge-bypass mode that powers the phone directly while you play so the cell stays cooler.

The rear camera set combines a 50MP main sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, an f/1.95 aperture, 100% Focus Pixels and optical stabilisation, a 50MP telephoto at f/2.4 with optical stabilisation, and a 12MP ultra-wide macro lens with a 112-degree field of view and autofocus. The front camera is 50MP at f/2.0. Video records in 4K at 30fps and 60fps, with a 4K night mode at 24fps and 1080p slow motion at 120fps and 240fps.

The body measures 163.1 × 76.6 × 8.3 mm and weighs about 229g, with an ergonomic frame and a matte finish that resists everyday wear, fingerprints and oil. A 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor unlocks in 0.14 seconds and still reads wet fingers. Sound comes from stereo speakers with a dual open sound chamber, and connectivity covers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 with LE Audio and Auracast, NFC, an infrared remote and USB Type-C.

HONOR Win Key Features:

  • 6.83-inch 185Hz OLED gaming display: FHD+ 1272×2800 resolution, 6000 nits HDR peak brightness, 2000 nits full-screen peak, 1.07 billion colours and DCI-P3 coverage.
  • Turbine cooling fan at 25000rpm: A physical fan in a 0.666 cm³ housing with dual 360-degree air intakes and a duct aimed at the processor, cutting surface temperature by up to 5.7°C.
  • Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5: A 3nm octa-core chip with two 4.6GHz prime cores, six 3.62GHz performance cores and an Adreno 840 GPU.
  • 10000mAh silicon-carbon battery: Rated at 9755mAh with 15% silicon content, good for up to 16.4 hours of continuous gaming.
  • 100W wired and 80W wireless charging: Plus 27W reverse wired charging for accessories and a charge-bypass mode for long gaming sessions.
  • Triple 50MP-class rear camera: A 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto with OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide macro lens with autofocus and a 112-degree view.
  • Touch response built for games: 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling, 480Hz native ten-finger sampling and 25ms touch latency.
  • IP68, IP69 and IP69K protection: Full dust and water resistance kept intact even with the built-in cooling fan.
  • 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor: Unlocks in 0.14 seconds and keeps working with wet fingers.
  • Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0: With LE Audio, Auracast, LDAC and aptX Lossless, plus NFC, an infrared remote and USB Type-C.
