MSI PRO MP245PG E14 is a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS monitor with 144Hz and 1ms MPRT, a height, swivel and pivot adjustable stand, a mini PC mount and built-in speakers.
The MSI PRO MP245PG E14 pairs a 23.8-inch IPS panel at 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) with a fully adjustable stand, so the screen fits your posture and desk rather than the other way round. IPS keeps colours and text consistent across 178-degree viewing angles, and the anti-glare surface keeps reflections from windows and ceiling lights down.
MSI's PerfectEdge design gives the screen slim bezels on all four sides and a 92% screen-to-body ratio. More of the front is picture, and two or three screens lined up side by side leave only narrow gaps between them.
The stand moves in four ways. It raises and lowers by 130 mm, tilts from -5 to 20 degrees, swivels 45 degrees to each side and pivots 90 degrees into portrait. Set the top of the screen at eye level to take strain off your neck, turn it towards a colleague, or stand it upright for long documents, code and web pages.
A mini PC mount is built into the stand, so an MSI Cubi series or other mini PC can sit behind the screen instead of on the desk. With MSI Power Link over HDMI CEC, a connected MSI desktop powers on with the monitor's power button. The screen also accepts a 100 x 100 mm VESA arm or wall bracket.
A 144Hz refresh rate with a 1ms MPRT response (4ms GtG) makes scrolling, window movement and fast games look smoother than on a standard 60Hz screen, and Adaptive-Sync matches the refresh rate to your graphics card from 48 to 144Hz to reduce tearing and stutter. A Console Mode setting is also available.
The panel delivers 300 nits, a 1500:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours (8-bit, 6-bit + FRC), and covers 95% of sRGB, 85% of Adobe RGB and 84% of DCI-P3 (CIE 1976). It is HDR Ready for HDR content from a PC or console.
The display is TÜV certified, and MSI EyesErgo with anti-flicker technology helps reduce eye strain and fatigue. Eye-Q Check offers quick astigmatism and Amsler grid self-checks, a posture guide and reminders to rest during long sessions.
Connections cover current and older computers: HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2a both run 1920 x 1080 at up to 144Hz, and D-Sub (VGA) runs up to 60Hz. A line-in and a headphone output handle audio, the power supply is built in with no external adapter, and firmware updates install over DisplayPort.
Two 2W speakers take care of video calls and everyday sound. An accessory slot keeps small items within reach, a Kensington lock slot secures the screen in shared offices, and the MSI Display Kit app arranges window layouts and colour modes from your computer.
